    First of all, a big thank you to the creators of this forum.
    I was a lurker at first then I decided to sign up as the members are very helpful with their comments/suggestions.

    I am planning to buy my first property within the next few months so I will be asking for your suggestions.

    I work as a Support Engineer and currently renting a room near my workplace.
