    No idea what Perth was doing 5 years ago as I wasn't interested. I was mostly looking at Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. I bought in all three places as that's where my DD led me. Got 2 out of 3 places pretty good timing and good stock. Brissy I was too early by a few years but even those have done exceptionally well now. And I have purchased in the last 3 years more in Brissy based on my DD list above.

    How much is luck and how much is skill you ask? Definitely some luck is involved, though more a case of preparation meeting opportunity.

    Totally right we are there to help those that already want with the skills experience and time issues - not to manufacture desire in those that don't. It might seem ethical but it is also self interest as working with folk who are convinced they are making a mistake is really (really) hard work.
