    After recieving a house deposit from her
    family , a young single female renter from bondi is ready to buy in the eastern suburbs,

    " if the dream unit doesnt come up" in bondi or the eastern suburbs with all amentities and parking i may have to settle for newtown"

    She's aiming too low if it's only a unit she's planning to buy!

    Because FHBs want to buy the 4 bed 2 bath 2 car home overlooking the harbour as their first home, and anything less is just not adequate.

    I love how they call her a "classic old schooler" as she gets handed a wad of cash from mummy and daddy!?
