    Hi Everyone

Just wondering if there's a certain website that everyone agrees has the best investment data that is the most up to date with medians, average rent, growth stats, etc.

    Eg
    yourinvestmentproperty.com.au
    corelogic
    realestate.com.au investment section

Be great to hear your opinions on which you find to be the most reliable and which to avoid.

    Cheers

Investar is pretty good and is free for the kinda info you'd need.
    SQM is another

Depends on what kinda info you're looking for i guess.

Obviously there's the paid data like pricefinder, residex, rpdata etc. I have access to all 3 of those, but they're not really needed for general investors.

I use the suburb profile tool on yourinvestmentproperty.com.au alot.
Even based a Brisbane weekend visit after cataloguing some high yield suburbs of interest.

Though I'm a lite user of investment data. No heavy data diving, just top level stats and oogling at high growth line graphs
