Where are your bins gonna be located?

Make some sort of bin/gas enclosure to keep them out of sight?

    Like a lawn locker perhaps?

It doesn't have to be the large bottles, right?
We have no side access in our house, also built boundary to boundary.
However, had electric changed to gas and use the BBQ sized bottles, installed as a pair and a flick switch when one runs out.
The last about 3 months/bottle when used daily for cooking.
We installed them down a little side passage outside of the kitchen.
Just got to carry the bottles up and down 3 flights of stairs every 6 months or so.

I suppose it depends if it's just for cooking. If it was instant gas hot water system too then it would probably make more sense to go full size.

In our old house we only has gas for cooking so like you just made do with the little bottles and DIY change over. Rather than full bottles with the refill or swap service. In the new house we decided it was just easier to switch to induction and not bother with the little or big bottles. Well the bbq is still gas :)

    Hey Myf,

If it we're my place I'd just go induction and be done with it.

I've done a lot of DD on this issue ( I didn't want to limit my potential buyers) and basically it comes down to the position of having a gas option ( even bottled) would be a plus. So I'll just bite the bullet and find a decorative way to house the bottle I guess.

Thanks @Ace in the Hole I'll see if it's an option.

I take it with that sort of set up you have to be home for the delivery , or leave the empty bottles out the front .
Or is it cheaper to just take the bottles yourself and swap or refill.

Cheaper to do it yourself if you have time and can bothered.
Order bottle and it is delivered, connected and the old bottle taken away.
No need to be home, just need access to the side of the house.

From the image it was hard to tell if there are level grounds. Usually driveway and immediate surrounding area has a little bit of fall for water to flow away from the building. This is usually remedied by placing a 600x600 (or similar) concrete precast slab that is levelled with cement underneath.
Other issue may be that the provider of gas bottles have some policy about how and where the gas bottles need to be, so they will go and swap it. I am assuming we are talking about standard 45kg bottles.

Induction cooking is awesome if you are considering it. There are specific power requirements for installation of one. Talk to your electrician. I have one at home, its instant heat on the pan, love it. Next in line would be gas cooking.
