Best way to approach tenants to BUY

    I was thinking about this the other day when someone was suggesting Cairns is a market to buy in and set to take off, maybe the buyer got a hot lead from somewhere/one :)

    Anyways, who wants to wait around to find out & if they keep advertising from the rooftops that as a tourist you may die if you go to the reef..........
