    Guys,

Just trying to understand what sort of training people do, especially the ones who are financially free, just a curiosity, never been into training much in the past. Main questions are:

    1) What % of your salary did/do you spend on it?
    2) What training have you done (books, magazines, seminars, websites, software, even people)?
    3) What training would you recommend?

This is not just RE, it is for your professional & personal development with the aim to be financially free ASAP which I guess is what everyone wants to achieve.

I agree with the definition of Tony Robbins of successful:
“Success is doing what you want to do, when you want, where you want, with whom you want, as much as you want.”

    My answers below:

    1) 0.5%
    2) Mainly books, free seminars, forum and networking with people
    3) Read, Read, Read to start with. Unsure about the next level :)

a little comes down to what financial freedom means................

During our personal goals coaching work that we do with clients when I get the financially free goal..........

there is a sure fire way to achieve that quickly

Sell everything you have and find some way to get onto Centrelink

    Goal achieved

The first step in anything like that I find is to quantify what you want AND what the "price" is that you are willing to pay to achieve that goal

From there you can get better clarity in what one may need to learn or unlearn.

Many want rare diamonds but are only willing to give pennies for it, though still not as bad as those who believe they are entitled to the diamonds.

    @Luca
    1) What % of your salary did/do you spend on it?
I can't remember now but I'm sure it was every last cent I could spare.

    2) What training have you done (books, magazines, seminars, websites, software, even people)?
Probably most if not all of the property books on the shelves at most dymocks plus ordered many on line, many of the free seminars, paid seminars, networking with other successful people who are very experienced with the same strategy I am wanting to learn. Also focused a lot on mindset/ success psychology/negotiation books. If you wanna archive better than average, you need to do a lot more than what average investors do.

    3) What training would you recommend?
Will differ depending on your goals. Finding the right mentor/s can save you decades of time and much money.

20 rep squats are the secret to success.
If you can survive them, you can achieve anything, this is a fact.
