Slogging on with my renovations. Should have been finished by the end of March. Might be finished by the end of June.

Having a nervous breakdown with the townhouse build. Still in pre-start but the brick layer has started laying bricks. Racing to get all variations onto the plan before the brick layer gets to that part of the house!

And secretly loving every minute! :D

Hey @Westminster it seems like forever ago that we sat down and looked at the plans for this. Bricks! We have bricks! :)

The brickwork is a lot neater than the slab ;)

This year's been pretty massive for me.

    1. Proposed to my GF of 3 years on a cruise holiday
    2. Two weeks later, quit Telstra and started at Amazon
    3. Prepping my loans setup for when I move into an IP as my PPOR

Yep. Got plucked out of running advertising for nbn, mobiles phones and home automation to work on audiobooks division (Audible). Pretty cool for education and learning during commutes.

Went on a road trip. Did I mention that I went on a road trip?

O and Linda and I have a bottle of Bubbly in the fridge for next time she is in Brisbane.

Sorry about Adelaide but we were only in there on a public holiday. Spent two weeks cruising around about though. Discovered a Korean BBQ at the motel in Glen Osmond, yummmmmm

Hmmm yes..... I love my house. :)
I even went to see an open house for a sandstone home in Hunters Hill on the weekend (it's expected to fetch over 5 mill). The agent called me up on the Monday and asked me what I thought asking and my reply was, "I like my house better". Anyway, had a chat with her and it turns out she only lives 2 streets away from me and she walks her dog past my place all the time. She knows my house... very special. :)

If it is NOT a Yes and Yes by the end of the month, I will send you my invoice.

I need the income and you need the tax deduction before EOFY.
