It's official rich people do not know the best places to buy and live. The only suburb in this list that is in the top 20 in price is Camberwell (20th).

But hey I own a property there, not complaining

 

I still believe the nicer parts of Heidelberg/Rosanna are the best value buy around the 1.5mill mark in Melbourne. NE link will only further enhance that.

 

They couldn't find one Bayside suburb to fit into that list? lel
