    so much east bias on here. The report comes as borders attempt to re-open.

    MM is #1. Greensborough is a dump and shouldn't be anywhere near the top 10.

    It's official rich people do not know the best places to buy and live. The only suburb in this list that is in the top 20 in price is Camberwell (20th).

    I still believe the nicer parts of Heidelberg/Rosanna are the best value buy around the 1.5mill mark in Melbourne. NE link will only further enhance that.
