    Yeah, you gotta be careful to not leave coins visible. Junkies will break in for the visible stuff, and then take whatever else they can find.

    Local knowledge is always good. Agents, police etc.

    I have a pricefinder sub and it has a street report function which shows highest and lowest median street prices for a suburb, also useful

    i think in my opinion it really depends on the suburb - if you go to places like sunshine and st albans, it may make next to no difference or very minimal difference. Maybe close to the train or shopping centers would be more ideal for growth. People paint nearly all streets with the same opinion i believe in st albans. i think the streets matter more in the premium suburbs, like waterloo st in camberwell even a crappy 2 bed villa unit goes for 1 mil +. if you go to doncaster george St near the east doncaster secondary college.
