    Hi @momentum26

    I am targeting established as most builders are delaying up to 3 to 6 months in builds. You can still research Geelong, Bendigo, Shepparton, etc.

    I also feel there are handful of worthy areas and land and houe is risky because a lot many have got into such products.

    They key is tight areas only at this moment or head to SA/ WA or some other state that you like. :)
