    Keep in mind tax residency is different to immigration residency. An Australian citizen can be a non resident for tax purposes for example.

    AMP are the best lender for debt recycling too.

    Do you have a formal approval with that rate ?

    What are your middle term goals around finance and property ?

    Do you need debt recycling strategy as this looks to be a PPOR at some point ?

    Yes the global limit and ability to constantly change the loan types and split existing loans.
    Westpac is pretty good at this too but I think AMP is more flexible.

    thanks @Eugene82 & @Fortune Favors the Bold .....you guys have much more with them then I do :). I guess i should be happy with their 1.11% discount (in progress) on <700K loans...

    I'm on a 1.15% discount on just over $1million worth of lending with ANZ. Makes me think I should be pressing for a bit more?

    Honestly that's consistant with what we're seeing from the ANZ over the last few months. It's not comparible to what other lenders are offering though.
