We have just used a BA for the first time. A couple of the benefits I took out of it were :

    - Access to pre market properties due to BA having relationships with agents.
    - Going to inspections, especially mid week inspections after 4pm - last thing I feel like doing after work all day.
    - Access to DSR which broke down data like household income, % of renters, days on market etc. Yes some of this data is easily accessible online but can take time if looking at a dozen different metrics over a number of suburbs.

    Thank you and congratulations.

Which BA did you use ?

    How much were the charges?

    Was it worth the money?

    Thank you
