I'm toying with fixing some loans with Adelaide bank. I used to have a fixed loan with Bendigo and they used to take into account the offset balance even when the loan was fixed. As they are connected does anyone know if Adelaide bank does this as well?

Thanks mate. Certainly makes both of them very appealing. Their rates are quite sharp as well.

    Hey,
I'm thinking of refinancing with a fixed offset through Bank of Adelaide (via Aussie). Now that you're months down the line how have you found them and their service (website/app usage too)? Would you recommend or have there been some nasty surprises?
Any feedback would go a long way.,
    Thanks

Hey mate no issues as of yet. Only complaint and its pretty minor is that it doesn't save bpay biller details so you have to reenter the account number and biller code every time you pay a bill.
