These pictures were taken a few weeks ago - I'm due out site this weekend so will update.

Bathrooms and Kitchens will be finished in approximately 5-6 weeks.

Nice. The only thing that I don't like is the front door tho.

I like that front door. Sets off the rendering nicely. Might use that in one of mine.

Love the front door. I like it more in vertical.

@Shahin_Afarin which door company is this?

Looking good Shahin. I noticed front door has plenty of cover against the elements. But there is a side door, presumably the laundry door which is also timber. Does this have sufficient cover also? I had a similar timber door that rotted away after about 5 years due to constant rain and sun that included the fact that it was varnished several times.

Thanks @Shahin good to be back a see everyone's developments coming along.

Thought that was the door, it's the exact door I have selected for Highbury (well the one I'm living in). Great looking door.

    Enjoying the progress

Hey Shahin, awesome to see the progress :)
Do you plan to sell the 2 after construction finishes? If it's under the NRAS scheme, does that change your target market? Would it be a different finance product for the purchasers too?

At this stage I'm planning to sell 2 of the non NRAS and one of the NRAS. Keeping the other NRAS for my portfolio. The NRAS property is very cashflow positive but I prefer to have the cash to reinvest in other projects.

About 4 weeks away from completion - chasing up the surveyor for strata plans, WAE's, etc and working on getting the OC done.

2 weeks away from completion - working on getting the strata subdivision done and the Telstra provisioning done which I had forgotten. Damn things take 12 weeks so make sure you submit it well in advance.

Construction finished a few weeks back and 2 have been sold - I will post the of the things that didn't go accordingly to plan for anyone doing a similar development and I will also post some numbers.

I was going to keep the NRAS units but looking to sell one of them to fund another development.
