Battleaxe setbacks in Hornsby Council

    Hi, this is my first post here and I'm wondering if anyone can help me find out about setback rules for battleaxe blocks in hornsby. I have spent quite a while searching online but there isn't enough information o_O
    We are looking to buy a block of vacant land which was subdivided some years ago, there are several houses along a shared driveway and this block is in the middle of them.
    What I'd like to know atm is, are the boundary setbacks required for the block the same as if the property had street frontage? Also I am most keen to know the required setback from the rear boundary.
