    Hi All

I'm considering resurfacing bathroom tiles, bath tub and shower base in an investment property. Haven't done this before so keen to hear of any experiences with this. Is the quality of the finish reasonable ? Any problems experienced ? What did it cost ?

    Thanks in advance.

Cheap and nasty - tile paint. This lasts a few years, relatively simple to diy but does tend to chip or peel and also shows brush marks. Great If you're tight on $ & planning to redo the bathroom in the near future. Cost <$100.

Sprayed (by pros) - reglazing of bathtub is still prone to chipping but high quality finish, wall tiles need to be sound/not dummy and present well after the work is done. Cost - too long ago to have relevance.
