    Hi everyone

    Our tenants are leaving our 3 bed house in Tregear and it is in desperate need of a basic bathroom and laundry upgrade. We are happy to purchase materials and carry out some of the basic demolition works. Can anybody recommend a good tradie or tradies to carry out plumbing works, tiling, water proofing and possibly electrical.

    Hope to hear from someone with experience.
