bathroom floor not level need HELP!

    Drain doesn't have to be under the taps or under the rain head. On the fall side should be fine.

    it'd look stupid its a 1700x900 shower. i'm just going to level the floor and then screed

    I can assure you that is not common.. cutting the joists to suit the fall in the tiles is very reckless of a builder.. it reduces their capacity. You're taking a risk in levelling over joists that have been cut.
    If it were my bathroom I'd take up the underlay, fix the joists, then install battens to get your fall.. or the tiler can get the fall in the bed once the floor is level.
