    Hi guys,

My last tenant has damaged the bath claiming the shower door 'fell off' its hinges and chipped it. Anyway they have moved out within weeks of it happening and according to Terri Sheer insurance they only covers malicious damage done by tenants and not accidental.
My real estate has said their bath repairer doesn't want to touch it and told me to get a new bath. Any suggestions? i want to keep costs down as i have gone back to complete my post-grad full time and won't finish till 2018.
full re-enamel? will that work effectively with a chip that big? i want to act quick before the bath starts rusting under the enamel.

Property is located in the south Brisbane area.
Cheers in advance for any suggestions.
    Stuart
