    I like the one that's built over an outcrop: "priced significantly below Castlecrag’s $2,565,000 median for four bedroom houses". Still a bit out of my price range though.:)

    Yeah. The mistake you made was not asking for an additional $400K for a basic reno. Everyone knows a $2M semi in Bondi is virtually unliveable.

    Just buy a burnt out place dats (don't get caught) then put a van and lean too on the block covering the original loo, you'll be right, then you can trade water works or whatever they call it for something with salt water in walking or hitching distance :)
