    It's really hard to go past CBA at the moment. They just tick so many boxes.

    Get your banker or broker to request a pricing review on your existing loans.

    Takes 5 mins to complete and they have yet to reject any of my requests. They also price existing customers at rates they are offering to new customers based on my experience.

    STG SVR is slightly higher than BOM by i think .09%.

    I repriced an existing for 800k and was approved 1.35% so you should be able to get a discount of around 1.44% unless the application is a trust or company.
