    If you reread this thread and change all the names, then you will get an idea of what you might want to do.

    Suggestion, if you are the Secretary, then (generally) you are the main contact with the Strata Manager, so if they are not pulling their weight, it's time to investigate a new one, assuming that you are not following this up every few days, and in writing (email will do).

    The SM should be pursuing, assuming your OC has implemented a debt recovery authorisation delegation of some kind at an AGM/EGM, the debt.

    If the lawyer is not pulling their weight, then get a new one.

    All these people are employed by the Committee, so get the Committee to start cracking the whip.

    As Secretary, you call the meetings, so get them to get their S H 1 Thompson together.
