    Due to a bad financial decision I've made it looks increasingly likely that I will have to declare myself bankrupt.

    Can anyone recommend a lawyer in Perth so that I can get some advice please?

    Also Lavan Legal. These guys got me out of a few issues.

    Note - both prepare mortgage docs for the banks, so are well attuned to knowing the ins and outs of mortgage security.
