Anyone have experience with Bank of Sydney before (formerly known as Beirut Hellenic Bank)? They seem to have very low rate 3.54% (CR 3.55%) for owner occupied PI loan, and with an offset account too.

Can't comment on their offering as their not on my panel.

ING is operating in a competitive space at present too - 3.67 and will allow IO against an owner occ.

    Cheers

No, but I saw there name somewhere and did not like that an Arab based bank uses a name like that, I will read with interest if anyone has/finds info or experience with them.

I just got accredited with them but have not used them as yet.

Always a bit nervous with a new lender.
