    Which is your favourite country pick for long term gain the next 5-10 years?

    VIC and NSW only please.

    10 year horizon and both are great!...

    Just comes down to investment strategy you opt and picking the right burbs with right property at right price and try get timing right.. :)

    Whichever town has the biggest employment and the increase of such.

    I would chose Ballarat or Bendigo out of those 5- reason being, those inNSW are just too far from Sydney to be impacted.

    Out of Ballarat or Bendigo, I would pick Ballarat. IT's closer to Melbourne and is still a lower price point . I also personally like Ballarat better :)
