Bad week of repairs

    Boy oh boy, it was fun times there for a while.
    Was having a dispute with the inspection company at the time, trying to organise quotes with the builder, missed the deadline for new tenants to move in...
    It was a bit more difficult not being there, but most of it can be done via phone and email.
    Things like going to Bunnings and picking out floor and wall tiles, they're able to get the same thing up there.
