Is anyone else excited that Back to the Future Day is today?

Is anyone going to the Back to the Future 30th Anniversary screening tonight?

Being Back to the Future Day broke the countdown clock... :p

Man I love those movies. Brings back so many great childhood memories. Can't wait to watch them with my kids.

    Cheers

In case you haven’t been paying attention, there are three different working hoverboards that actually exist. Here is a review of the physics of these three different boards. :p

    In other news,

Hoverboards may have yet to make the leap from the Back to the Future movies to reality, but Austria's transport ministry has given them the green light anyway.
A ministry announcement on Tuesday (local time) — a day before the day on which the plot of 1989's Back to the Future II unfolds, October 21, 2015 — said hoverboards could be treated as "small off-road vehicles" that could be used "anywhere a skateboard is".

    Love it! :D

A DeLorean Anniversary model based on a Corvette Z06 might make a nice gesture to all the BTTF fans...

I can't believe it has been 30 years since the first movie was released. Makes me feel old :(

Some of my favourite movies of all time, I want the bloody rehydrated pizzas for crying out loud is that too much to ask, think of the space you could save.

I watched that special online, great to see just how many things have come about including a working hoverboard all because of being inspired by BTTF, although it was never made by Mattell.:(

I think Marty being Clint in the wild west was just perfect and no-one was afraid, poor souls.:D

Forget about getting an alumnac and betting on those results..... just go into the past and tell young self to buy up some prime realestate in HK, Sydney, San Francisco and New York. Yeah that'll do. Fast forward 30 years...

And oh. I'd throw some money into Apple shares too.

I'm not a Buffet fan however in 1980 Berkshire Hathaway was about $290/share now its about 200K/share, I'm hopeless when it comes to maths however numbers I love and that appears to be an ok ROI. :p
