    Hi to All,
    Early forties with young and growing family in lovely Perth Hills PPoR.
    Previous somersoft member returned seeking value adding ideas to add to diminishing mining income!
    Previous experience: Build and sell 4x villas in Midland WA. Build industrial units in Ravensthorpe WA. Buy off the plan canal block in Exmouth WA.Not quite Reno, but tidy up of current PPoR.
    Enjoying reading PC posts and feel its a credit to all involved regarding the transition from SS to PC-well done. The balance of helpful insights/experience with advertising seems just right.

    Excellent for villa dev as market boomed(2004)
    Not so much since as market went against us. Also lessons learnt regarding due diligence and location choice
