Hi Mate, am in a similar boat tossing between EW and MW.

PS: I have done the first obligation free step with EW and they appeared to be quite professional and transparent with how it all works. I am a big fan of TPC podcast, however the fees seemed slightly excessive.

    Cheers

    Have you since returne

I have had my first meeting and agree the close of $5000 fee is excessive.

@Guy_Lander @Hseeker do yourselves a big favor ... do not buy anything or commit to a BA till about Sept.

I reckon the Brissie market has turned. ...I expect it to fall quickly similar to Sydney.

Up to you... but do your due diligence.... don't try to catch a falling knife...;)

@sash, thanks for the advice. I was more interested in the financial modelling to understand our position as to when to purchase next.

If you’re interested in seeing and making it visible when the best time to purchase is financially then have a look at the planning process that empower does in the portfolio plan building

they model out different scenarios on paper first before making the what could be a wrong decision financially

I could’ve just started going out and buying properties one after another but I wanted to see what impact that would have in the household with different life scenarios
