Ok here I s my experience

Not sure if he still does this but until a Few years ago, hed list all his properties with no address no re. Com

Then he changed it to no address plus price plus buyers fee. Which if I recall was 10k to 15k

When I spoke to him a few times he came across to. Me as slimey.

The deals he was selling didn't seem to stack up, a few of them were ambitious at best.
Eg he tried to push a property that I made about $50k equity , after I bought it, held it, subdivided the back into some tiny parcel and renovated the house.

He may have had some special arrangement to be able to get earlier or faster access to housing commission stock but I heard that disappeared.

So then he recently started flogging off liquidation apartments from high rise gold Coast established apartments

I still get the spam

However I didn't like the vibes I got from him especially when I asked him to explain some of the deals he was selling

Tldr: I didn't buy anything

 

What area of Brisbane are you looking at? There are some very skilled BAs, each of which specialise in their own regions.
