    Hi all

    If I have a sydney strata office in a building zoned B4 mixed use - does anyone know how difficult it would be to convert to residential?

    The unit itself is already suitable (has full kitchen and bathroom). It's just a matter of adding a bedroom.

    The complexity for me are the council and compliance steps.

    Anyone done something similar?
