Ha ha. Gotta build the suspense! (On iPad, pushed wrong button.)

I think this is a really great modernisation of facade. Pretty effective? (Not my work!)

Those security grilles are absolutely butt ugly but so damn functional.

Am assuming those white aluminium windows were resprayed black?

Love the changes!! Looks so much better now. What did you do with the space inside the old garage?

Not my work :) , RE listing. From the look of the plan, it’s a bedroom.

The interior Reno is just as impressive. Shows what can be achieved with imagination, skill and of course some $$.

I like the facade. The changes to the old garage doesn't look as obvious as before.

I'm guessing that was painted too.

Looks nice, though "living/bedroom" is little deceiving.
If I counted like that my house has 7 bedrooms.

    Agree.

Best BS we heard when questioning no downstairs bathroom when there was a bedroom downstairs - Agent: “There’s provision for a bathroom”.

So now we say our house/backyard has provision for a pool/spa/3rd storey/ - you name it!

Well done. This is stunning. Black and white and timber to soften allways looks great. With clean lines.
