Beaudesert apparently. 54% yield as published today.

(PS Don't believe it. Clearly an error along the way).

Good luck. I can't believe you did it!

Yeah. that's why I don't buy in SEQ, I bought in Logan area, but newer ...

Hopefully when it settles, I can put the thread about my first IP here. yes, I will take any comments and advice from you all.

note: My friend said to me to buy in Brisbane CBD area apartment due to the massive oversupply pushing down the price of existing unit, he got himself a good deal for a 2/1/1 apartment in Infinity Tower (Infinity Apartments, for Rent | Meriton) the tallest in Brisbane.

No doubt regarding the supply issues in and around that area. All depends on how good the deal was.

Logan does not belong to SEQ. It belongs to Tasmania. :)... And believe me, we are lucky it does...:)

From what I've been lead to believe , that will result in a significant deboganisation of tassie .

Gagebrook and Ravo will repel them in the bass strait, or maybe it it takes Logan with it , it will become park ditch .
