Damn that looks impressive. Considering the closest sale in Gangara is a 4x2 on 1 hectare that sold for $1.25mil recently, I would put this at $2 to $2.5mil

Even if you had the money, I'd say you would need old peoples taste to buy something like that, boring and over complicated.

If you put new brass handles on the kitchen and built a rockery, would add at least 250k to the value of that place

You know it's a good property when you instantly hate the owners for having it :)

Pffft. It's on a main road.

Domain gives a price guide of $1.31m - anyone wanna low-ball it?

Does anybody have an idea of true market value?
It would have to be going for way under build cost, right?

There are bits of this that I like, but overall it leaves me cold. I like the second photo in the re.com listing page, taken across the expanse of grass, but only because it looks (if you squint) like it could be old and gracious. Too much bling, too OTT for me. Am I alone in not really liking it? What does that say about my taste :p.

Clicking through I was thinking of Rose Porteous or Joan Collins. I'm thinking subliminally I noticed the watermark in the photo maybe.

Could you even wear a tracksuit (leopard print or otherwise) in that house?
