    a services/site that has last 3-6 month average time on the market would nice to have.

    had a look at above sites, and including residex.com.au, only provide a snaphot of the average days on market at any given time.

    looking for a trending pattern forming from the data

    Australian Property Investor magazine has this type of information every month.
