"Keeping It Real Estate is Australia's first no-advertising, information only real estate magazine. Published monthly with content from Australia's leading property experts, Keeping It Real Estate exists purely to give reliable information to people interested in all things Australian-real-estate"

My approach to all info is take what's useful, leave behind the rest.

    Enjoy.

Other than the API and the broker, I haven't heard of the others.

The person behind Keeping it Real Estate is Veronica Gravolin, who founded Airlisting - another attempt to disrupt the real estate sales market by focusing on "market value" sales and removing agents from the process.

    There is always an angle.

Very true. There is less clutter and background noise. Its easy to not compete and be heard when you have a quiet room. And it pulls in people who want to listen to that message. Beware the flim flam medicine man. I remember the noise that Neil Jenman made....His motive was the appeal to owners and landlords (who pay the fees at the end of the day) to be the ethical guy. In doing so he really made his industry look bad....Ethical or not ??

In time some ethical spruiker will dip their toe in and go rogue. Its a hard position to be the gatekeeper to this.
