    Can someone please explain what an unregistered dealing means on a title?

    my first title says Nil to unregistered dealings but not my second. What does unregistered dealing mean please?

    I am no property lawyer, but registered dealing means legal dealings such as registered leases, mortgages, etc. Unregistered means non-legal or equitiable dealing such as unregistered leases, mortgages, trusts etc. They may be notified by caveat yet still be unregistered.
