Has anyone used them, or know anything about them? I'm in the market for rural property but I'm not interested in anything the big 4 have to offer. At the moment, I doubt they wouldn't even look at financing a rural property.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Edward

You mean Australian Lending Centre ??

It seems like a mortgage broking and credit service. Nothing magical. They arent a lender.

I am 70% through the subdivision of our block and not realising that the council wanted us to completely finish or part of it before they will sign off on the land and send to lands title office

I have a large Morgage I am trying to borrow money against the 2 lots which is worth a lot more than 1 alone

Do you know of any lender that will take this on
    Thanks
    Ross

Larger lenders generally have more of an appetite for rural lending - especially for larger acreages.

    Cheers
