So I've read a few articles recently that suggest housing in Australia is more affordable than ever at the moment due to interest rates, but can't seem to find the data behind this.

Does anyone know of a resource that shows repayments on median house vs average wage over time in each of the states?

    Thanks

I read that, and I always like Christopher Joyce's articles, but where is the data behind it?
