    What do you reckon about Melbourne mid ring (properties below 600k)?

    Nah...I reckon Melbourne is now done.....30-50k profits can easily go backwards

    These Anz posts are confusing

    We were planning to buy end of this year or next year but now this fresh hell drom anz

    In all my years of investing I've never listened to economists on anything and I've done ok .

    I'm always way more interested to hear the feedback/opinions of peer investors, REAs, builders, developers, lawyers, town planners, property managers and locals who are actually on the ground .

    Houses below $600k are only available in outer rings. Mid ring is at least $750-800k.

    Median house price in Kings Park is 580k. Kings Park is 19km from cbd, isn't that middle ring?

    Not for me though. It is out of the ring road hence I consider it outer ring but it's just me. You may be able to find a house for around $600k in Ardeer which is basically at the border of the ring road but it has become much harder now.
