    Hi,

I am in the internet marketing business and am currently working through a Company-Trust structure set up in Australia.

As the majority of income I receive is within the US, from US companies, are there any benefits of setting up a company in the US (using a virtual office) and trading through that?

Are there any negatives to using an Australian company in this case?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This one might need to be in the Accounting forum!

    Cheers,
    Brett

    Brett.

I am currently looking at the same but operations in USA.

I would suggest a c-corporation registered in the US State: Wyoming

    - US Citizenship not required
    - Single director company even a non citizen
    - No, or very little taxes
    - Virtual office, not need to reside in USA

For all states of registration, you will need an agent to register you a legal USA address. The agent will forward all mail to your offshore address.

    Check this info:

    nevada corporations
Wyoming Corporation - USA Company Incorporation
Wyoming LLCs Wyoming Corporations Wyoming Company

    Cheers
