The stuff of myths and legends. I'll trade you my unicorn for one in a capital city.

I got it for free or their e book for like $5. Was ok. Wouldn’t spend $25.

A work colleague bought this book and I had a read.

They plug developments (like duplexes) early on in their strategy which I fear may not actually be appropriate for people without experience or for most peoples risk profile. Which draws them to their next point of them pushing for their hand holding buyers agent services. I felt the publication then went too hard on selling their development business and not enough on the strategy/informative side.

Overall i wouldn't pay money to read 250 odd pages of advertorial.. disappointing

Lloyd is a genuine guy for sure though. Worth having a chat to him.

I'm halfway through it, yes it is pushing his services but it also lays down the basics of what and how he does it.

If you followed his processes I'm sure you would achieve similar results but would take a lot of time and research. You pay for the convenience of someone sourcing, negotiating and project managing it for you. Not sure how much they charge.

They do case studies of developing duplexes which create $140k to $250k equity and positive cash flow... Very tempting!!!

My biggest worry is, is the market going to be overstocked with duplexes as the majority of investors can easily afford them.
