    Hello

I am looking for purchasing an investment property in Sydney and most of the ones I am after are going on auction . This makes it harder that I need to get the contract reviewed and Building inspection report done for multiple properties upfront. I am wondering how does every one else approach it ( would you just get each of them done by paying individually ? )

Any suggestion would be awesome .

    Thanks
    Ron

Are you prepared to pay the prices they have been selling for recently?

You will need to get your lawyer to review the contract and the reports before each auction. Some agents do share the reports for free (and direct you to the inspector who has undertaken the investigation for the vendor, where you may be able to buy the same report at a discounted price).
