    hi,
We are thinking of selling our IP this year but not quite sure when is generally considered best time. Someone says spring time even though there's more stocks there's more people looking. Not sure how true it is.
Is there a website giving statistics of no of auction and clearance rate for a particular postcode?
    Thx heaps
    Tina

@Tinaandalex you might like to read this article:

Selling in season: When’s the best time to sell?

With regards to best time to sell (assuming you must sell) then imo it would have to be at the peak or near the peak of a booming market. Seasonal influence is a far secondary factor when compared to getting the timing right.

    Just my 2 cents.

So, would that be an ingredient for the kitchen, the spreadsheet or just a reference to some humour from a number of Roy and HG observations?

If the former, don't eat to much...

The best time was 1 month ago. Peak of market. All downhill from here so now is probably better than later.
