    Hi All,
    Happy to find this forum! And first post!

    I was wondering if anybody had, or knew of anybody, who had gotten an approved Attached Dual Occupancy DA in Kellyville, NSW (Hills Shire) ??

    My current understanding after a little research:
    - our lot is just under 700sqm in R2 zone, so only Attached allowed
    - torrens and strata title subdivision not allowed, so the attached second dwelling could only ever be rented out??

    I would love to hear anyones experience with this type of approval, or a single occupancy re build in Kellyville in general.
