    The ATO had a specific Draft Property & Cnstruction website which was developed during consultation. The intention appeared that the ATO would later issue rulings or guidance in a final format.

    I have just noted that after 12-18mths that they have pulled all this from the web.

    I suspect a package of rulings are coming. Its not like the ATO to give public information and just remove it unless they have something to replace it with.

    I was looking for that website too, but it appears to have been pulled months ago. I had even saved some links which now don't work.
