    Hi Guys
This project is going very well, our team/contractors have been very busy and so far very pleased with the progress and quality.

Will be ready to post something this week.

I have been flat out working and off to Atlanta again in February.

Chirag what is the biggest difference you have found between US and Australian construction.?Have you needed a handy dandy translator for plasterboard to drywall, cornice to crown moulding

    You nailed it!!

I ran in to lingo problem

    Gyprock to dry wall
    Cornice to crown moulding
    Roof tiles to shingles
    Feet to meters

    And list goes on..

What hasn't changed is amount of drama....

What I like about it though - is turnaround time - 3-4 months for rehab and 8-12 months for 5 townhouses project.

We have 5 TH project in US and even with drama - it's moving at speed I like

It looks like the ladders aren't even tied on to the roof.

    Really shocking.
