    1270 people were on the list to get 15 blocks on release at the ponds.. I managed to get 5 for myself, family and friends lol jumped 45k the next release.. Theyve delayed the last release, but i'm guessing it'll be around the $1600/1700sqm mark, a jump of $400-500/sqm.. I'm happy with that :).. Box Hill recently did a release starting at $1200/sqm, more like Oakville and there were 1000 people responding to get one.. Demand is still there despite ridiculous prices. You wont find a single first home buyer in sight though.

    No lottery on this one. Emails sent out with all properties and first ones to call get them. Good relationship with agent. If you're nice and appreciative of their work they can help you :)

    Yes I know where it is. Mine is at Mirvac The Avenue .... Not far from yours.

    When all the roads and shops are developed next to Schofields station, you should be able to walk quicker to Schofields train station.

    That particular one was was "sold to Mirvac employee" ..... The rest are at least 700K or above for 3 bedder. The Expression of Interest was closed within 10 minutes and they had to do a ballot because of such overwhelming interest.

    Thanks for clarification on $630K H&L package. I had checked with Mirvac before taking a decision on my PPOR purchase. They didn't had a land release then but have confirmed that the land rate for next release would be somewhere b/w $1000-$1200. The moment I heard that, have contacted the agent who's been kept on wait by me for couple of weeks (cited finance issues) and signed the contract.:)
