    That explains the $18k in cash I suppose.

    I'm holding slightly above yourself - $52,160 ish with only $6k on hand.

    Haven't hit negative figures and sitting in the top 5%.

    Not bad for taking a basically set and forget position.

    @Brady - I took a hit on TPG telecom and also flogged TLS. Got lucky with QAN.

    I've done alright riding Blackmores from ~$101 up to $108 and selling out and buying back in after the drop. Done it twice now.
    Will probably shoot up to $120 now :|

    Woo Hoo! in the top 10% for NSW & all players. Currently taking a bit of a hit across the board but beating the index by a fair bit too.

    I might just sit tight.

    Just cracked $55k & ranked outside of top 1000, best result to date (still a bit of time to go flop though).

    Turns out this was wrong. The winner was a buy and hold investor, not a trader! Interesting.

    NATIONAL 1ST

    Alby – Albert from Queensland
    Portfolio: $65,478

    Albert bought and held for the period of the Game. The stocks he purchased were AAD – Ardent Leisure, BAL – Bellamy’s, ORE – Orocobre and NEC – Nine Entertainment.

    Bellamy's had a late kick at the end IIRC
    AAD suffered early on with bad news at Dreamworld

    I came in the top 8% for NSW and 7% nationally - my best result to date. Just under $55k :p
